Beautiful Siung Beach in KIDUL MOUNTAIN, YOGYAKARTA



Siung Beach is located in a remote area in Gunung Kidul regency, the south district Tepus precisely. The distance is around 70 km from the city center, or about two hours drive. The rock on which the naming of this beach is located slightly jutted into the ocean. The name is taken from the form of coastal cliffs by Wastoyo, a local elder, resembling an ape or Siung Vanara teeth. Until now, this rock can still enjoy its beauty, combined with large waves that occasionally hit, until the crack-crack disusuri by seawater that flows slowly, presents a dramatic scene. Sonobudoyo Museum; YOGYAKARTA



Sonobudoyo Museum is a museum of history and culture of Java, including Java, classic architecture building. The museum is a collection of Javanese culture and history that are considered the most complete after the National Museum of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. Gebang Temple; SLEMAN,YOGYAKARTA

Wediombo Beach; WONOSARI, EAST JAVA



Wediombo beach is a natural beach with beautiful scenery. It lies in Jepitu village, Girisubo district, about 40 km in the south east of Wonosari city. It’s a bay with white sand, which slopes gently to the sea, and it can be seen from the hill or even from the shore. In a certain many of Panjo fish appear along the beach. It’s a kind of fishing ceremony. In this ceremony, people use gawar, made from wawar tree’s root as a net. The wawar tree’s root is staked from Kedungdowok hill and pulled together into the sea by wediombo people. In one area with Wediombo beach, there is Gremeng beach, Jungwok beach and kalong island (a small island inhibited by thousands of kalong). This island can be reach by tracing trough a pathway, about 1,5 km to the east.

Kelud Mountain and the crater; KEDIRI, EAST JAVA


Kelud located in Kediri, East Java, is one of active volcanoes, with an altitude of 1791 meters above sea level. Kelud including strato type of volcano with a crater lake 1113.9 meters high. Crater lake surrounded by towering cliffs, among others Crags Gajah (Elephant) Mungkur with a height of 150 meters, Mountain and Mount Lirang Beetle.
The climax activity of Mount kelud is to turn up a dome from the lake crater in November 5, 2007 with diameter 100 meters and 20 meters height from crater water. Today, the Lava Dome still growing slowly till 200 meters height and widened to southwest side of the lake crater wide. Mount kelud changes with its new Dome are very interesting for visitors. The visitors can see and enjoy its new dome if the condition is really safe to be visited. The Dome is seems to be Mount kelud’s son. There is no crater-lake or green water in Mount kelud, but the new kelud presents its new dome. Fantastic and curious nature panorama.

Ambarawa Railway Museum; AMBARAWA, SEMARANG



The museum was established in the 1970s primarily to Preserve a wide selection of the steam locomotives. Berkunjung to the location of a railway museum located in the town of Ambarawa, About an hours drive from route Semarang – Yogyakarta. Only one of the locomotives in the museum is still well, until now the locomotives which are still used for commercial tourism purposes. Until now, several rooms and old furniture is often used during such period, still looks looks well maintained. You can see the parts that are still waiting room complete with furniture tables and chairs long ago and some communications equipment and railway control all of whom are still in good condition. Unfortunately, this station is no longer function as public transportation, but as a railway museum could make it more manicured. Full’s historical content to the atmosphere of the ancient train station which is still kept neat, makes this location quite popular as a place for “pre wedding photgraphy” or simply means the streets with a pet by the surrounding community.
